The Good Sam Extended Service Plan is mechanical breakdown coverage. It's designed to protect you from the high cost of unexpected repairs or breakdowns.
In the event of a breakdown, call us first for a referral to a preferred service provider to receive priority service and the highest quality repairs OR take your RV to your favorite service provider anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. If you do take it to your own service provider, call our toll-free number and our RV experts will talk to the service center's technician on your behalf. They will review the service center's diagnosis and recommendations, and then authorize the repair work.
Major repairs may require an inspection to verify the extent of the damage. We pay the service center directly for all covered repairs. You pay the deductible, plus any non-covered items.
No, an inspection is not required to activate coverage from Good Sam Extended Service Plan. Your coverage becomes active on your contract effective date.1
Good Sam Extended Service Plan has NO yearly mileage restriction, so you can drive as far as you like during the term of your policy – up to the lifetime mileage cap of 150,000 total vehicle miles.
